Yes. I believe its a scam. I was happily getting 100% qva. But the moment i got promoted to C3A the qva was based on unit performance- which was never 100% 😂😂

Where can we see whether we are c2 or c3a

For me grade is showing as c1 so if i get promotion i will move to c2?

Will inhand salary be less? After getting promoted from C2 to C3A?

Yes, It is an unavoidable trap as your salary remains same after promotion from ITA to C3A (upto ITA, 100% QVA and C3A is 50% mostly). For C4 to C5, QVA is replaced with Annual Bonus i.e. if you quit in between your annual bonus is gone and of course you lose 3 quaters of interest if you continue. In addition, nobody knows the calculation of QVA or Annual bonus.

At c3b in last 2 years never got full QVA it always 30-40% only
