May I know how promotion will happen in wipro like i have joined in 10 months back when will be my promotion and how it happens what should I do? And when will be my salary increment? Does it depend on me or wipro earnings?

U can be eligible for promotion only after 2 yrs. The promotion eligibility n process is a long n tedious one. After 2 yrs, u can ask ur manager for a promotion n after that it will take a minimum of another 2 yrs.
