Guys my manager just informed that I'm eligible for promotion this quarter. And even I got a mail from cognizant RTO for 2-3days (previously it was 5)
What about you? Did anyone hear from their manager yet
I have been told about the promotion eligibility 2 quarters before, they won't give you promotion in same account, they will keep lieing , I suggest you to change the project or change the company. I did this mistake waiting for a year after promotion eligibility, they kept telling me it will be done in upcoming quarter, ans they gave me bad rating for no reason, and when I asked to setup a call regarding the rating review, they are just ignoring and not answering
No bro! What you're saying is a hope they give. But here , i didn't even ask my manager about promotion. He himself told I'm getting promoted.
