My manager said to me my promotion is confirmed by his side and now I am at A level and it will show in June only but still not showing anything....so what should I do?...my promotion was triggered & confirmed then when it will be visible?

It will show in July if it's approved by BU. Nomination doesn't guarantee promotion. Bu will review your profile. I also got nominated for A promotion will see.

How to know that someone is nominated or not?

Ask your HM. Whether He/She nominated you or not. No one else can tell this.

You will get a confirmation email from HR on your promotion. Did you receive that?
