Promotion raised in April

Hi all

I've joined tcs as fresher in feb 2021. On April 2025 my supervisor has raised promotion for me. It was approved by my manager and is pending with hr Do they have any specific quarter to approve the promotion? Please drop ur insights.

After initiation, it will take 1-2 years for promotion. So expect it between July 2026 to December 2026. This year promotions are paused, they have not rolled out promotions for associates whose promotions were initiated last FY (April 24 to March 25).

Yea I think we need the promotion cycle to be open for that even mine is pending like that we are kind of in the same loop
