I am completing 5 yrs in Accenture this May , had my last promotion to L11 from L12 in 2021, i have been pushing and promised for promotion since Dec 2022 however there hasn't been any news official yet. Now I have been moved to a different project in same account will this affect my chances ? Also I haven't been able to switch previously due to personal situations at home and have been advised by friends to wait till get your gratuity. Please advise.

Your promotion is a result of your manager’s recommendation and the approvals lies with your senior manager . Make sure to talk to your senior manager about the promise given and give your clarity that irrespective of the project move it should not shadow your past performance.
