Trending @Accenture; promotion query update
Last cycle (May–June), I was placed on PIP, which was honestly a tough phase. But I stayed consistent, worked on my gaps, and continued to put in my best.
Now for the November cycle, I’ve completed 2.7 years as an Associate, and my TL has put my name forward for promotion. am i getting promotion from ase to se this time #accenture
Can you pls explain the process like how you’re into PIP (any negative feedback’s/ mails or calls for informing etc..)?
ek do bari.. verbally tl bola tha ki kya krra h thoda speed la due to sm personal reasons not able to focus on my work like around 20% m giving of my total ability but one day a call was scheduled with tl manager nd hr whole thing is with ur tl only he is the only one responsible for all the things that was that last call jab hr ne btaya ki aap internally or externally job dekh skte ho failing pip means termination but smwhere i knew ki me kuch nhi kr skta just performance improvement hr ne pure mahine ek bar bhi call pe connect ni kia on weekly review tl was giving updates on tools about my progress 4 week tasks were assigned to complete nd on the last day of pip review tl ne hi update krdiya up to the mark h ab..shi h phir mail gyi ki we are pleased to inform u this nd that
