I am getting released from my current project so I had a call with another project. After giving my introduction he told me that as I have so many years of experience I must be expecting promotion. To that I told I expect but the organization will do it at right time but he clearly told me that there are more than 300 people in the project and many are working for more than 3 years so he will not be able to promote me. I said Ok. So, he went ahead and put a challenge lock on me. Should I join this project? It is EMR software factory.
I have other options which are: Fedex, Roche and Deutsche Bank which are willing to lock me.
Please help.
If they are clearly saying won't be able to promote they why you are joining?
Please don't join. If MAL is too high then in future there will be chances of PIP case
Hi, just wanted to understand why they will put in pip if MAL is high. I am also on the higher side coz in my previous company, I was on maternity with loss of pay leave for around 2 yrs, promotion got delayed. Joined accenture in 2023 as a team lead. My total exp is 12.6 years with Mal 88. Pls guide me here
