@Lord_Voldemorte putting good effort but nothing is going to happen they will say will see in next quarter thats it
At least folks can give it a try , last time many people raised queries regarding promotions that's why they at least responded that they will be thinking next quarter. If everyone will remain silent then they will stretch it further.
Good initiative but tbh they will give a PR dialogue and keep reusing it till situation is good.
By then cumulative inflation would have risen and be greater than the the promotion + hike.
Jump ship it aint worth it.
Let them give it a try... at least management should be answerable for this mis management
