Hi I just have a query regarding my promotion..

Here is the short and bitter story about myself

I am a QA analyst with 3 years of experience in Level 11 and I was put on PIP in this December cycle with 0% variable pay and hike even though after performing well throughout the past year. I expected promotion but ended up with PIP and tomorrow is my first task review with my senior managers. With all this worst.. can I expect promotion in June cycle of 2026?

Are there any chances and what is the percentage of possibility to happen.. can any leads respond on this?
