Promotion query

Hi Guyss,

I am from ESU unit and I work in project of NGM India Unit. So promotion has been initiated for me and I got a call from Unit delivery head asking for few details.

So now my query is in order to get promotion approved who needs to approve it? Project Delivery head or Unit delivery head?
