Hi, I joined as fresher in dec 2023, I have got my rating this month (Exceptional). But my designation has not changed yet to senior software Engineer, my friends from other projects have got promoted. Is there any criteria to get promoted? Does it happen project wise? What's happening please help.

On 1st of July you might not get any promotion mail. Ask your project manager to recommend your name for promotion in this quarter. Then only you will get promotion mail on 1st October.
