I joined CTS on Aug 18 2022, in September 2024 I approached my manager to process my promotion from P to PA. My manager said he had processed my promotion from his end . When will I get confirmation mail on my promotion? And is there any filtering from higher management regarding promotion.

Yes, there is another level of filtering happens post your manager's nomination.
If your promotion is approved by the higher management too, then you should get the eletter by 3rd or 4th week of Sep.
