Promotion process

My manager initiated a promotion and said it's at the corporate HR end. How much time does it take corporate to approve? When can we expect a promotion letter? Please advise.

Promotion timelines can vary a lot. It can take weeks or even months. Keep following up with your manager and HR for updates. Patience is key here.
