I do have total 5.8 years of experience and in infyme i have 2.8 years of experience. I asked manager to recommend me for promotion last year . She was keep telling i will check on it but didn’t recommend me. But last week she herself asked me to provide my plus points like awards deliverbales dq score etc. she i need to provide some points to the senior managers. What are the chances to get promotion? Will i get or not? Please provide with your experience
Okay here is experience in this matter I have 5.3 experience, last cycle that is in March my manger told that I we consider you promotion and asked me all achievements, certificates, lex course etc I shared it but did not get the promotion. So if asked her few times but he gave me silly reasons that some how it got missed you get promoted so I told okay, but when next cycle came I asked him but saw some ignorance .. I got pissed took some intrview got offer drop down the paper. When he is asked what's reason I gave reason..
Moral : 50 percent hike >17.5 percent hike and disrespect
You will be promoted only when you advertise your and sell your sell
