Promotion procedure from C2 to C3A.

I have overall 9 years of experience and 2 years experience in TCS and I got only 1 appraisal with B band. When will I be eligible for promotion from C2 to C3A ?

You wont get any promotion for 2 3 more years.

You are eligible for promotion. Talk to your manager. Many in our team got it in less than 2 years of joining and currently there experience is 9 years only

you need to complete at least 3 years in TCS with consistent A or B bands. With only 2 years and 1 B band, you might need more time. talk to ur manager for a clearer timeline.
