Trending @Cognizant; Promotion probability from PA to A

I have joined Cognizant in feb 2022 as an intern for 6 month. I have on-boarded as full time employee in aug 2022 as PAT. After one year, i have move to PA from PAT in Aug 2023. MY YEA for 2022 and 2023 is 4. My YEA for 2024 is 3. Now, what is the probability for me to move from PA to P? Right now i have about 2.6 years of experience in total.
