Got promotion PA to A and received pay increase mail in March and it mentioned it is applicable from January 2025, so my question is ..will I get Associate pending salary of 2 months i,s January and February?

Same thing happen with me. Got promoted PA to A and received pay increase mail in march. They mentioned “Your promotion increase will be effective from 1 jan 2025”.

Can any one any idea when will get increased pay for January and February ?
