Trending @Accenture; Promotion or vp ???

I was on pip and cleared it on 16 oct'25 . Can I expect some promotion or vp in june cycle ? I am in a different project now but under same client. ( i will be completing 2 years in sept'26 )

Nope, no promotions for you i guess. I know a guy who was in similar situation as yours. He chahed team and project under same client after staying in same team for 2 years and now its beem over 2 years in this team as well but he didnt get any promotions as well.
