Is the promotion or progression initiation (By manager or HR person) should be in the first month of every quarter only or can it be anytime of the quarter?
Like for this quarter July-Sept. This can be initiated in July only or it can be initiated in August or September also.

Intiation can be done eveymonth but promotion/progression get only during quarterly once.

But I have been told that in July they have tried to initiate progression due to not completing 1 year HR rejected, now My 1 year is completed but as per them they can initiate it in next quarter again.🙂
