Trending @Cognizant; Promotion Nomination for Q3
Hello all,
So I'm from AIA domain, I heard a rumour that August 30th 2024 was the last date for promotion nominations. So i checked with my HM & PM, they are saying no i don't think so, we didn't heard any news like that and saying it will be in September.
So can someone HM or PM please confirm till when someone can be nominated for promotion in Q3.
Btw I'm expecting PA to A promotion.
Bro nomination was opened from Aug 22. Your HM are lying and regarding last date I have raised a gsd they said 30 Aug is the last date but what I saw in previous quarter last date extend 4 to 4 days may be 4 sep is the last date. And there will not be any official mail about nomination your HM has to check in there Goperform it's already showing there. This is Cognizant bro manager's are bigger lier here. That's why this time I asked my manager to open his Goperform and confirm my promotion then he did in front of me. But I know chances are less because my rating is 3, Bu may reject my promotion but I am hoping for the best.
Bro I joined sep 24 2022 am I eligible for nomination for this quarter if so Plz tell me i will ask hm.
Minimum 2 years as fte is criteria
Even I too checked with HM, he told like they not yet confirmed the Deadline for nomination window, But I heard Aug 30 is the last date, could someone please confirm when is the last date, or else they can send the nomination list directly to BU level ask them to promote?
