Hi all, I received an email from StepUp today. It states that I have directly nominated a consultant (JL5B) through an accelerated internal fulfillment program. I have also received Hike for this year. So this promotion will also increase my salary based on the hike or before the hike. Please let me know... So that I can take required action fast Thanks for the response

I have also received an email stating my promotion from JL3 (SSE) to JL4 (TA) via Accelerated Internal Fulfilment Program. Any idea, when the new role will be reflected in system and also about compensation letter due to role change?

Promotion hike will be calculated based on your latest CTC. It will be around 17.5%

Generally if the role change date and the hike date are same ,it might be based on earlier CTC but will depend on HR .
