Anyone got confirmation regarding promotions this mid year?
Who cares about the promotion list just make a bold move to a different company with a better package.
Correct I got 150 percentage hike. And this poor accenture canโt even retain me as they have no budget. People are crying for promotion and I waited for promotion last 3 quarters. This time also they gave false hope I knew. This comfort people never can shine as they are sticker with
comfort zone.

Just to clear all doubts here. No hike this year except for the candidates who are speculated to resign. Promotions will be there for those who are pending to get it from last December.

I am ASE completed 2 years in this March , and I have got release from project this April month . What about my pramotion?
