Same for me. I got C3B promotion after long discussions.
I was about to get released but GL hold my release and I got my promotion finally after long wait of 1.5 years

My war is still on. I surrendered now. I have waited like hell. But its not meant to be. Taken my resignation back because of trust from management. They have seriously ruined the trust. Any advice what i can do now. No new offers yet.

Talk with ur manager and lev. Or u can wait till appraisal cycle for min 5-8% and then can lev.

Okk. This i am thinking as well. But all of sudden my role in ultimatix is changed without my consent on 12th december. I dont know the reason for that as well.
