Hi I have completed 4 years in accenture and promoted to CL11 in Mar 2023,i have completed 2 years in analyst position.I did not get any hike till then. Will i get promoted this cycle Anyone Kindly answer.

It's totally up to your project management bro.. they will decide the promotions or hikes based on budget, your dependency and performance.
