Trending @Infosys; Promotion JL4 to JL5

Anyone knows how to get promoted from JL4 to JL5,I have joined infy as Sr.Associate Consultant in July 2022 and still in a same post. Its been almost 3 years but not yet promoted. Is there any process which I need to follow?
