Trending @Infosys; Promotion JL3 to JL4
I have completed more than 24 months in a role (JL3), also completed 9+ months being SSE, now am I eligible to get promoted to JL4, I asked my manager but she was repeatedly giving reply as you have to wait for 3 years for promotion. Anyone knows whom to approach or get clarified on this.
For jl4 promotion, you need a minimum of 3 years experience unless you're a critical resource
I have completed 5 years in infosys and my role is system engineer only and I am still in JL3 only. Did anyone know how I can get promotion to JL4?
Its not like that there is a slot your manager have to recommend ur self for that slot and we have to give urself for nominations before completing 3 yrs otherwise we will be completing 3 yrs and still on paper promotion will be in progress it is depen on quater wise first come first serve basis remember recommendation is very important!
