Most probably not. But as financials for this quarter is not so good so there might be chances of promotion getting freezed. But on the other hand attrition needs to be lowered so they might give promotion as per normal cycle.
It would have been more clear if quarterly result Press confrence would have been conducted this time. 🤞

No promotions .It's confirmed . Managers have started speaking confidently . As you can see there is less profit for TCS and no new projects , can't expect promotion.No press meet this time . They all are aware , if they had a prees meet , someone would have asked about tax mismatch that had happened for all employees of TCS.
