I am also looking where to see promotion initiated or not. But I think that only access to manager

You cannot see if your promotion is raised or not. The only way to know about it is to keep asking your manager again and again until they speak out the truth.

Manager in speed will initiate promotion, then reviewer from speed will approve it.. Then a list will be shared with HR and HR will approve only for those associates
