In general this is the range of yoe and grades(promotion) but this is not fixed there are many things required for promotion and it doesn't happen that easily
0-2 Y and C1Y 2-4 C1 4-8 C2 8-13 C3A 13-18 C3B

Currently my grade is C1 as I was a digital candidate joined in June 2024, then will I get a promotion after 4 years of experience and get upgraded to C2 grade?

This is all bullshit; it’s just on paper. The reality is far from this. No matter how much hard work you do in TCS, you only get verbal appreciation here, not growth or anything else.
