Trending @Wipro; Promotion hikes capped

Why is that promotion hike is always capped at 10% . It has to be way above the normal hike for someone to notice a difference in their pay check. It seems more like you get to work more for so little and increased expectations from management is an add on. Wipro Need to revisit the policy here.
