From long time experience in Accenture I have noticed this pattern.Hope it will be useful. ASE to SE -25 - 35 % SE to SSE - 32- 35% SSE to TL/Specialist - 25% TL to AM - 22.5%
There is a chance to get better numbers than above for high demand client projects.
Hey I have a doubt , its been 2+ years I am in SE role , how long does it generally take for SE to SSE
normal scenario - minimum 2 years critical resource - minimum 1.5 year You can ask for promotion in the coming cycle
Ok i have been told that we need to provide some data points to justify me getting promoted, so can you please tell me which are the crucial ones that can help me get the edge , like I was told that I need to have 3 stars in my primary skill , 2 recent certifications, active participation in the project . Please suggest if anything except the ones I mentioned
But now Accenture is not giving any hike from 3 years ago are struggling
