I am working as associate in cognizant and recently I became promotion eligible. My project manager told me by June 15 my grade will change from Associate to senior associate and salary will get update. How much percent hike I can get?

I completed 2 years in cognizant and in a project then informed manager about the same after that applied in TMP portal

I got around 14% last year when promoted from ass to senior ass even though they promised 20 as i had an offer of 40% hike🤮
