When promoting from A to SA,they will change the pay scale slab as per market standards or they only give hike % from our current CTC?Assume that an associate CTC is now 10LPA.

Max of 15% you'll get. No slabs. Depends on your current pay. I got 15% hike from current salary this month on A to SA PROMOTION.

What about PA to A?

PA to A depends on current salary only. You can expect 10k to 15k increase in per month salary

If you are at A level and alrdy getting 10lpa..I don’t think there will be much hike after promotion since slab of SA starts at 10..but still good luck.

Associates are sitting at 20+. I don't think anyone is at 10 lpa anymore.

I meant to say that the slab of existing SA employees starts at 10/12lpa..but if they are hiring any employee it can be of any package based on the hired person’s last CTC
