Promotion Hike?

Dear TCSers,

Is it possible to receive more than 15% hike if one gets promotion? Or do you know the exact formula for the hike calculation?

Don't think about any promotions, it is on hold since last year, currently only layoffs are happening.

That's correct but I have been hearing that the cycle might open in January 2026. Not sure how true is it.
