I recently got promoted from Analyst to Senior Analyst with a 13% hike, I feel the increment feels below the usual promotion range. What’s your thought on this?

As per the market conditions, these is default for any promotions till level 8. So, you will not get more hike than this.

My colleague from same project got promoted in September, with 25% hike so 13% is literally half of it. This is not reasonable

Bro it all depends on your project and manager, I got 15% hike without any promotion.
