Has anyone received role change and compensation letters for JL3 to JL4 promotion via IJP this quarter ? If received, what is the hike% for promotion ?

Hey I was expecting jl3 to jl4 promotion this quarter, but I have not got the letter yet. Are there any chances to wait till November 16th ? Or all have received the letter who are promoted?
