Trending @Cognizant; Promotion hike

I got promotion from A to SA. I'm 5 yrs experienced and drawing salary of 58k per month. What will be my salary in SA now? I got rating 5 consecutively for 3 years. Anyone have any idea? And can I negotiate the hike if I'm unhappy with it?

Bro seriously you are underpaid. Answering to your question promotion hike will be 15-20% max and No, you can't negotiate if you are unhappy with it.

To become SA, you must have at least 8 years of experience.

Haha, not really. Check the eligibility criteria. Last three ratings should be 3 & above. And you must be in the level for atleast 2 years. I got promoted as soon as I got eligible. I have rating "5" consecutively for 3 years and was associate for 2 yrs in same account and got promoted in same account with same project as well.
