Trending @Accenture; Promotion hike and market revision

Hi everyone, I have been working for the last 2 years as a CFM analyst and my promotion is due in November. Currently my fixed salary is just below 9 lpa. How much of a hike can I expect when I get promoted to senior analyst? And can I expect any market correction? If yes, then how much? And what will be the base fixed salary at Level 10 sublevel 3? Would appreciate your answers 🙏🏿😀
