My IJP promotion will be applicable from Jan 1st for which I am expecting to receive the role change and compensation review letter by mid Feb. I believe the annual hike will be announce around the same timeline as well, can someone please help me understand if I’ll get both hikes separately or not?

I have asked my manager gor promotion since i completed 4 years in infosys. Completed 1 year as Technology analyst and want further promotion for technology lead. Completed bcep lvl 6 exam also. Manager is saying he will update me as soon as systems shows eligibility. What does that even mean? In ijp i am able to see apply as technology lead
bro just 1 year as TA, chances are less for TL promotion in infosys unless u r very exceptional
Depends completely on manager but standard is somewhere around 17.5
What's the hike we will get when we move from TA to TL ??
