Hello all. In Nov, there was a pleasant surprise for those who got consecutive 5 star ratings. Annual hike of 9% + promotion hike 15%. This was an auto promotion and not from the BU or team manager.

I’m wondering what will be the % of hike for the associates who were promoted by regular BU recommendation process.

So it’s same for manager nominations also. That’s good. Last year people said they got 2.9% hike.

Is this applicable for those who will get consecutive 5 rating for last year and this year.? Will they get auto promoted after we get this year rating released ?
