I become TL from TA role in 2 years and 9 Months. I have started communication with manager when I completed 2 years as TA then they promoted me in next 9 months.

And how many years do we have to work as TA to become TL?

Really it is only 10-20% hike..

For TA and TL promotion, max hike is 20%
