Trending @Infosys; Promotion from SP L1 to L2

Usually, you need around 3 years of experience and strong performance ratings. But sometimes, if you're really good, it might happen sooner.

@InfamousDesk Total experience or experience in Infy. I've total 3 yr of experience but in Infy there is just 2.5 but I've included my previous experience here as well. so can be considered for L2 ?
