Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from SA to M

After MBA, I joined cognizant and I will be completing 3 years with the company and have consistently received good ratings(4,5,5). I have also raised my expectation of a promotion and I have been doing good work. Am I eligible for a promotion? Or will I have to wait longer?
