I received a mail from HR that u am eligible for promotion. My home manager asked me to connect to resource manager and he asked me to check with client. He told that if client increase my billing then only CTS will promote me else he asked me to find out a new project with the help of other resource managers. Client manager doesn’t want to promote me. He doesn’t want to increase dependency on vendor. Not sure what should I do ?
