Did you compensate after Feb or do you have average of 2.5 days per week from the entire quarter?

90 percent of the people promotions got denied because of RTO only , but ya some people got promoted in some other cases which is only 10 percent, so we can't expect they won't check RTO because they will clearly monitor everything

Yes mine also got rejected for same reason. Got promoted in next quarter.
