Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from PA to A

Hi All , I was working on a Billable project last year, In Jan 2024 I was shifted to the Non Billable project and then again in March 2024 I joined a new billable project. I am from the ADM domain but my new project is from the AIA domain so my recent project manager is not able to pull me and I am still reporting to my previous manager. I have completed my 2 years in month of April ,My only doubt is will I get promoted from PA to A as now I am in a billable project and also got 3 ratings. Should I check with my previous manager about my promotion or not?
