I joined as Programmer trainee in March 2022. Completed 36 months from joining and same in project.

But still I am not nominated for this Q1 promotion.

Please let me know is the criteria of tenure is different for programmer trainee.

I also joined as a PT in October 2021 and I have received rating 4 in year 2024, 2023 + I also go to office 3-4 days in a week. So it would be really helpful if anyone have any idea when we will get promoted to A.
