In my previous project, as the project is in the end state. They released from my previous project. They will book the roosters/bookings and I followed the RTO based on roosters and they gave wfh for the employees who involved in project for 15 days near the end of release(as project ends). Now I moved to new project and working for two months. Now I got the tenure level at the end of May(30 months). As already stated that they are going to take RTO from Feb 2. I’m not enough RTO for one month. Need more clarity on how 2.5 days/week calculated with rooster based bookings. Either it will be calculated on days per week or these no of days(like 10 days/mon) in a month. Is that I am eligible for current promotion window and how to take it forward.
