Trending @Cognizant; Promotion from PA to A

Today I asked my BM, am I nominated for the promotion or will I be promoted in this quarter. He says that the Eligibility list comes from the HR and they didn't receive anything yet they are waiting. I am from the CDE domain DOJ July 2022. Has anyone else received this response from the BM ??
